The Texas Tribune

OVERVIEW

The Texas Tribune is a nonprofit, nonpartisan digital news organization based in Austin that covers Texas politics, public policy, and government issues through original journalism and public events. Their mission is to promote civic engagement and discourse on matters of statewide concern, serving millions of Texans with free, accessible reporting on topics like education, healthcare, immigration, and criminal justice.

ROLE: Art Director / Designer

Partnered with the Chief Creative Officer to provide art direction, design, and production across the organization.  Developed visual solutions for multiple departments across membership campaigns, editorial, The Texas Tribune Festival, and brand identities for digital newsrooms: The Waco Bridge and The Austin Current.
